Each capsule contains 1000 mg fish oil.
Omegavit® contains omega-3 fatty acids which represent a special group of unsaturated fatty acids. Since our body cannot generate them, they must be obtained from food or food supplements. Omega-3 fatty acids contain useful EPA (eicosapentaenoic) and DHA (docosahexaenoic) fatty acids which are found in marine oily fish. Capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids are recommended to all those who care for the health of their heart. The favourable effect is achieved by a daily intake
of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
